The team consists of individuals with diverse expertise. Shirin Khamisa (BA, BEd), as Founder and Practice Leader, brings extensive knowledge and a holistic perspective to coaching. Linda Faucheux (MA, LPC) is a Career and Leadership Coach who helps individuals align their professional path with personal values. Tami Cooper (BA, CRS) serves as a Resume and Branding Specialist, crafting powerful resumes and professional profiles that highlight strengths and achievements. Adam Winfield (BA, CARW) specializes in executive resumes and branding, providing advanced strategies for professionals seeking leadership opportunities. Supporting the client experience is Caroline Donnelly, our Client Happiness Manager and Intake Counsellor, who ensures a seamless and supportive journey from the very first conversation.
